What is Timestrip® ?
Timestrips® are handy single-use, disposable smart labels. Inexpensive and easy
to use, they act as a visual guide monitoring elapsed time. It’s a new way to make
life easier and safer for you and your family.
Why use it ?
'Best before’, ‘use by’ and ‘eat within’ dates have always confused people and more
often than not food and medicines get thrown away as they are past their ‘use by’ date. For fresh foods without dates and frozen produce, it’s difficult to remember when the food was first opened or frozen.
How To Use It
When ready to activate the Timestrip® smart label, simply peel off the backing paper,
squeeze the bubble at the back of the Timestrip® and apply it to the packaging of your
product such as on a jar of mayonnaise. The first window will let you know it has been
activated and the Timestrip® will begin showing you how long the food has been
opened.
"Food not at its freshest constitutes a health risk and also results in a decrease in the nutritional content of the food. Timestrips® are an invaluable way to help us manage perishable goods in our home."
