Fridge Thaw™ is a clear, visual food freshness guide which accompanies frozen food through to refrigerated preparation, in compliance with HACCP regulations.

While in the freezer, Fridge Thaw™ is active, but the colored line doesn’t move at all. Once the product the Fridge Thaw™ is affixed to is removed from the freezer and placed into the appropriate environment to safely defrost, it automatically starts monitoring time, letting you keep track of how long until thoroughly defrosted, as well as how long until it needs to be prepared and used.

Fridge Thaw™ are safe, incredibly easy to understand and require little training to implement as a system. Operators simply follow progress of the red indicator and act accordingly, helping prevent errors and reducing waste, while improving quality and safety. Fridge Thaw™ also removes the need for date codes on the products at the point of thawing.

Designed for products that are stored in a frozen condition, then depending on product demand, are thawed and cooked or sold fresh:
Baked goods, like pastries, cakes, muffins etc.
Pizza’s, sausages, seafood, readyto-eat meals
Fruit and others

Fridge Thaw™ can be purchased as stock products, with a total of 5 days of thaw cycle, or can be customized to meet your specific product’s thaw cycle.
